This building dates back to 1910 and is the home to an old man ghost who likes to wander around inside. The hall is where musicals and plays are performed and it is rumored to be haunted by a man who fell and died while trying to change a light bulb.

Light is wrong
Ok so the stories I've heard is the person was building the ceiling, fell 50 feet onto a row of chairs i forget which. Also I preform there and still do I was backstage before and i just saw a extremely pale figure walk through. When we were younger they always told us stories cuz we used to ask if its haunted now we know its haunted. Period.
