Our maze has been changed for the first time in a long time! You’ll find all-new twists and turns ready to fill you with fright!

What are you most excited about for the 2021 Halloween Season?

All of the new surprises for the 2021 haunted house season.

What differentiates Hudson Haunted House from other local haunts in Ohio?

We are a non-profit haunted house. Everyone is a volunteer. The money you spend here goes right back into the community.

How long has Hudson Haunted House been in business? Can you tell us a bit more about Hudson Haunted House's history?

This is our 50th season! We have been open since 1972.

What's your favorite experience since opening Hudson Haunted House?

My favorite part is opening weekend. Getting back into haunted house season is always a great time.

How long is a typical haunt experience at Hudson Haunted House from start to finish?

It can take anywhere from 10minutes to an hour. This depends on how long our line is and how long it takes to go through.

On a scale from 1 to 10, how scary would you say Hudson Haunted House is? Why?

8! We try our hardest to make this experience terrifying for you.

Does Hudson Haunted House's property have any real haunted history? Do you have a spooky encounter you'd like to share?

Most haunted attractions run into problems with spirits being attracted to the nonstop energy! However, our building is notorious for hearing things inside the maze even after we have closed.

What inspired you to open up a haunted attraction? What's your favorite part of the business?

The Jaycees have been always looking for new ways to raise money, we just happened to be a lucky chapter that opened a haunted house.

How has new technology (i.e. animatronics, special props, etc) helped you to enhance Hudson Haunted House?

We have done a lot of work to bring the scenes to life and make you feel like you’re a part of it. However we do not rely on animatronics, you’ll be met with a real person in each room.

Can Hudson Haunted House accommodate large groups? How many people can experience Hudson Haunted House together as a group?

We try and go 6-8 to a group so we do not ruin the scare for the rest of the group.

Does Hudson Haunted House offer any special deals, discounts, or coupons?

This year we are offering a family 4 pack for $36.00 making each admission only $9. We also offer $2.00 discounts and military discounts.

We are only here because we love Halloween and want to give back to the community. Please know that we are strictly volunteer and strive to provide a safe and fun experience for all. We also have less scary nights on Sundays for little kids!
