Workers that have helped renovate the building have reported eerie shadows and mists under the doors of the empty rooms. Some believe that one of the ghosts that live at the location is that of Father Donald MacLeod, who wrote “The History of Roman Catholicism in North America.” Locals say he was hit and killed by a train nearby and that they have witnessed his ghost walking near the building or along the railroad tracks. Unexplained footsteps and voices have been heard, along with doors that open and close on their own. The spirit of a clergyman has also been reported, along with those of a man and child who were both found dead, at different times, on the street in front of the building. The child had a noose around its neck when found.

  • Definitely has some kind of spirit or entities in there

the rim pod went off like crazy while it was doing that I was extremely hot. You could feel the heat coming off of me. I was lightheaded, dizzy felt nauseous. They immediately had to help me outside to get some fresh air. It took three people to get me down the stairs and outside. I was in the basement for about an hour before that happened. Nothing happened while I was in the basement which they say is the most haunted area of the house, but after leaving the basement, I went to what they called the third-floor where the rim pod was and that’s when that happened to me. I have pictures of me, taking a picture of myself in the mirror and there’s an object standing over me one girl took a picture and you could see the priest standing next to her and there was nobody in the room with her when she took the picture, I would like to visit this place again which when I went it was a lock in, but you could leave anytime you wanted to but I stayed till the end it’s definitely something that you want to visit if you’re into this type of thing

  • REALLY HAUNTED

I attended a ghost investigation here. It was a night filled with many experiences. We captured everything from voice recordings, moving objects, and a picture of a priest! I hear that it is no longer rented out to the public. But definitely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you ever have a chance.
