Ohio Gorematory Presents: 7 Ohio Legends

We start in Northeastern Ohio Boston Mills area, also know as Hell Town.

Abandoned Cabin
A reclusive family of strange and bizarre in-bred children that morphed into horribly obscene looking, "Flesh Eating Beings".

Not too far from the Cabin sits an old abattoir where "Billy the Butcher" once worked. Known by his friends as "Butcher" Billy only cut and ate "human flesh." A strange looking creature that is half man and half goat is also seen here. Some speculate the in-bred children and a farm animal may have spawned this being.

Crybaby Bridge
In a remote area is a bridge where many young couples park to be alone. However, several couples have heard babies crying and when they get out of their car to investigate the sounds they have found bloody baby size hand prints all over there car.

The Old Cemetery / Abandoned Funeral Home
Local legends past down say, many people in the Old Cemetery were murdered by the owner of the funeral home. Their organs removed and sold to the highest bidder.

Collinwood School Fire
The worst school fire in American history. It was March 28, 1908 a fire broke out in a Cleveland Elementary School. As children raced to exit the building the door only opened inward. In their panic to get out they pressed up against the closed doors and were trapped inside. It is said, more then 100 years later, when passing the site you can hear the fire raging and the children screaming to get out.

Gore Orphanage
Once called "Mother of Hope" a home for orphaned children. It closed down and was abandon for years prior to it being burned to the ground. It was only after the fire that terribly disfigured children started to appear in the area.

Dr. Krowe's Asylum
The not so good Doctor and his wife were charged with caring for children with encephalitis (swelling of brain) some referred to the children as Mellon-Heads. The evil Doctor conducted torturous experiments on them but his wife loved and cared for each as her own.

One day the Doctor got in a fight with his wife and struck her down. Thinking she was dead. The Mellon-Head children set fire to the asylum and ran off to live in the woods.

Included are 3 Ohio Cryptids:
*The Defiance Dog Man: Some claim he is really a Werewolf.

*The Loveland Lizard Man: This reptilian looking man is rumored to drag people to the nearest body of water.

*The Ohio Grass Man: Seen in various parts of the state some say it is Ohio's equivalent to Bigfoot. However, the creature abducts people and they are never heard from again. Email Haunt Owner

  • Great Hunted Experience

Awesome 30 minutes of finding my way in a fog filled creepy maze. Some chilling sound effects from the forest and the swamp, but the girl singing in the school yard was the most gruesome, I can still hear her singing in my mind. My favorite actor was the Ware wolf, he played the part to perfection. I may return again for their October 31, Halloween night finale.
